Definitely one of the better all you can eat spots in Riverside for sushi. Everything was super fresh and delicious. Unlike other all-you-can-eat spots that just give you imitation crab meat and change the sauce each one of their roles is different. And priced good.

Highly recommend Ichi Sushi & K-Food! The quality of the food is top-notch. I ordered a salmon-topped specialty roll, and it tasted amazing. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the roll is packed with delicious fillings. The presentation with the drizzled sauce looks great and tastes even better. Friendly service and great food!

This has been my favorite sushi spot for years, and even with the recent change in management, it’s still just as amazing as ever. The new owner has actually worked there for years and is truly one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet, so it’s great to see someone who cares so much about the place now running it. The staff here are incredible every waiter and waitress is always kind, welcoming, and attentive. They really make you feel at home every time you walk in. The sushi is still fantastic, and they’ve even expanded the menu to include some Korean dishes, which is such a great addition. Everything always tastes fresh and made with care. Great food, wonderful people, and consistently amazing service. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Been coming to this place for years as Joe's. Always good food. Now with new name & management was still really good. Will definitely keep coming.

I’ve been coming to Ichi Sushi & K Foods for a while now (formerly Joe’s Sushi), and I’m so excited about the new chapter under its new name and ownership! The new owner has actually been part of this place for years, and it really shows, she’s always so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cares about every customer experience. The entire staff is just as kind and attentive. The sushi is still just as fresh and delicious as ever (which I was so happy about!), but now they’ve added a Korean food menu that I can’t wait to dive into. It’s the perfect mix of familiar favorites and something new to try. If you’re looking for a great local spot with amazing food and even better service, definitely go check them out, you won’t be disappointed!
